About Galleries Guadalajara

Located at 12739 Grand Ave, Surprise, AZ 85374, Galleries Guadalajara operates as a garden center serving Surprise in Arizona. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Surprise, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Arizona, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. You can reach Galleries Guadalajara at (623) 640-5967; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is galleriesguadalajara.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 56 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded garden centers in Surprise.

Surprise is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Surprise follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Their prices are the best I've seen by a wide margin. The lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable.

Really nice place. Lots of plants. Looks like they specialize in cactuses. Lots of them. They have a lot of Mexican garden items. The salespeople are super friendly. Really reasonable prices. Bought this plant pot and garden decorations and got a really good deal.

Nice place with good prices. I would prefer if they put signs next to plants so I know what they are. They also have some cool decorative options. I will go back.

Bought an ocotillo here years back and was needing more plants for my front yard. Definitely a wide variety of cacti and succulents at reasonable prices. A knowledgeable, helpful woman was working the day I went. Some talavera pottery and mexican imports too!
